Tony Nicastro

I’m writing this review based on my experience with Tony Nicastro as the listing realtor for the house I’m renting.
The sign went up outside before the listing was posted online. When I saw the listing online, I was certainly not impressed. The pictures are mediocre and the 2 photos of the inside look like someone just snapped them while passing by. I’d also like to mention that I was never informed that Tony would be entering my abode and taking pictures.
There were 2 showings that I was not informed of. No notification at all which is against the law. The tenant downstairs told me one of the showings was going to take place. Tony never texted or called me on either one. When I called him to remind him he needs to give me notice, he claims he had informed me and basically thought it was nothing.
When Tony brought a client to see the house he appeared unprofessional and disorganized. He did not leave any information packages for realtors coming to see the house and he made no notes on the file that realtors should not let the cats out.
