I have long believed that Canadians with good credit deserve better interest rates on their mortgage (s) without all the hassle and game playing that sometimes occurs in this industry. This is why I created True North Mortgage.

It is our guiding principle to guarantee best rates. We are so sure that our residential mortgage rates are the lowest, that we guarantee the lowest fixed rate mortgage, and if you find a better rate, we’ll match it or give you $ 500. This is a bold statement, however based on our reputation as a mortgage broker, the volume of business we do and established relationships with lenders, we can offer the lowest rates on fixed rate Canadian residential mortgages, to people with good credit.
