I’ve been here twice and was very happy with my shellac manicure. They last a long time, have a great colour selection and the staff is very courteous and friendly. It has a lovely atmosphere that is brand new and spotless, plus they serve expresso or tea pretty much upon arrival. Pricing is reasonable, not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. The location is amazing! Can’t beat the 4^th street location next to Oriental Phoenix, you can eat before or after your manicure for that added extra treat. This is turning into my neighbourhood go to spot for manis. I’ll have to give their pedi’s a try next.

Unimpressive! This place really disappointed me! Even when the service was friendly when I called in and when I arrived; the quality of the pedicure was not good. The nail polish didn’t last. In addition, they didn’t cut my nails appropriately and I had an embedded nail after. Honestly, it seems like the person who was doing the pedicure had no experience at all. I wish they will hire better people to do the pedicure and I could go back as the owners were very nice and the place beautiful. Unfortunately, for now I cannot recommend this place and I wouldn’t think about going back!

I had my first visit to Uptown Nails today and was thoroughly impressed in the quality of service and attention to customers that was provided. The staff was friendly and made an extra effort to do my nails as I requested. They have a great selection of colours and services there. I will definitely be going back!
