The role of the Business Coach is to coach business owners to improve their business through guidance, support and encouragement. Business coaching helps business owners with their sales, marketing, management, strategy, culture, team building and so much more. Just like a sporting coach, your Business Coach will make you focus on the game.

History

Established in 1993.

The concept of business coaching, as it is widely known today, was pioneered in 1993 by ActionCOACH and it’s owner, Brad Sugars.

Nearly two decades later, the company that started it all is still on top. In fact, no franchise in the «business coaching» category is 10% of its size in total revenues.

While Brad Sugars was pioneering Business Coaching in 1993, Vince was in the military on a Peace Making tour in Somalia, Africa. After 7 years in the military and operational experience in Africa, Vince was honourably released.

Since leaving the military Vince has been successful in a variety of businesses during which he developed marketing and networking skills and has also been a championship athlete, both as a player and as a coach, winning multiple championships over the last 10 years.

In 2008, Vince leveraged his military, sport, sales & leadership skills to build a successful direct sales business in the functional food market.

Hello — I’m a husband to my best friend and wife Donita, and the father of two very beautiful children; a daughter Hayden and son Hudson. My family is my anchor.

I’m a Speaker — be it about Veterans, business, athletics or individual performance. I love looking into the eyes of my audience to feel and see we are right there together, engaged, learning, laughing and taking away tools and information that they can execute on immediately.

My wife Donita and I are Parent Ambassadors to the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation after a life altering experience with our son Hudson at just 8 days old.

I love what I do and I focus on making a measurable difference in the lives of others.
