Horrible place. They will tell you you’ve missed appointments when you haven’t so they can collect the $ 70.00 missed appointment fee. They won’t listen if you try to explain that YES you had an appointment. Then you are left standing there with a sick baby, no appointment and a $ 70.00 bill. Did this to my husband too in the summer. Nurse is rude as well as are the receptionists and «office manager». They only care about the cosmetic rejuvenation side of things as it makes more money. What a scam!

Trying to get an appointment at this place is near impossible. Their online system is a joke and the reception never answers the phone. The usual doctor I see here was on holidays and so I saw another one. She basically brushed me off and when I asked her to refer me to a specialist, she kept saying it would take too long for me to get in and I probably didn’t have anything wrong with me anyway. Terrible manners and the receptionists are basically useless.
