Yardworx

I signed up with Yardworx in an effort to help my elderly mother who loves her garden but recently suffered an injury. Not only did they not come on the day they said they would but it took 4 (and still waiting for one more) phone calls to try to figure out what happened, and the customer service is more what you’d expect from calling a large company that outsources it, as they seemed completely uninterested in resolving the issue, offering a prompt solution, or doing anything to help make you feel like they care at all about keeping you as a customer. I’m just trying to get a woman’s lawn mowed. Sheesh. It’s also one of the most expensive. Will be canceling immediately. I recommend looking elsewhere.

The person they sent to my mothers house to clear the snow yelled at her when she tried to talk to him about clearing the snow to the garage. She is in her late 70s and lives alone. He scared her so much by yelling, she cancelled the service. I don’t know what kind of customer service training they give their employees, but it is clearly not working. You should NEVER yell at a customer. As far as I know, the guy is still working there.

First of all they already took my money said they already finish my spring clean up. they never show up for weeks, but then i finally call three times and they came and didn’t do anything and also left my gate wide open and one of my dogs got loose on the busy street. top it off they couldn’t get there only employee out so they hired a sub-​contractor who i could of pay myself for cheaper.

Like many working folks, yard maintenance is not high on my list during the summer months. Id rather be out on the weekends than following my lawn mower.
Thats where Yardworx came in for me.

, and they have been a worthwhile investment for me from the first interaction.
The reasons are:
1. They treat their company as a business. There are many folks in the yellow pages that are simply people who put a shingle out. Many were out of business. Yardworx had someone who picks up the phone when you call, a web presence, and all of their billing and appointments can be managed online.
2. They are reliable. They have never missed an appointment. I had them every two weeks this summer, and they simply showed up. Every time.
3. They are customer service focused. They contact me to offer relevant additional services.
4. They are competitive. They take care of my lawn, front and back for a competitive rate.
Yardworx also offers snow removal, so i am considering them again for the winter.
