Jiffy Lube

Had a horrible time here recently! Before then I was a regular customer. I pulled my car into Jiffy for an oil change and handed the guy my car keys. As I was checking in with another guy, I noticed the first guy was fiddling around with the ignition and unable to start the car. What I suspect happened is he put my other car key, which was on the same ring (which was clearly for a Jeep) into my GM car. The ignition was completely messed up, no one would ‘fess up and I had to get it towed because they started to get antsy that my broken car was holding up the oil change line. Before this point I had NEVER had any problems starting my car at all, and certainly no problems turning my key in my ignition.
I’m sad that my perfectly working car had to be towed out of there and no accountability was taken.
Won’t be going back there again. Guy A quickly disappeared once I had called CAA and never took his sunglasses off.
