Maid Simple of Halton

I have never used their services, but emailed once to ask about their services. Since then they have sent spam twice even after I told them to put me on their remove list. Just because someone asks your company a question once does not mean they are giving you permission to spam them with your advertising. Do not contact this company unless you are fine with them abusing your personal information.

We just had a Christmas Party event at our other home and in Oakville and reached out to Maid Simple to handle the pre-​clean for the party. Bathrooms, Guest Bathrooms, Bedrooms and Kitchen. Their service is Absolutely dreadful — waste of money and my time. I called Paul Garofalo the owner of Maid Simple to complain and although appreciative of my call — no money or refund was given.
Bathrooms: didn’t even look like they were touched (not impressed) — I had to go over them myself, the floor and mirrors had streaks and new clean towels were not put up in the guest bathroom as discussed.
Kitchen: the fridge was not wiped down — neither were the counter tops and cupboards (sub par service)…I could have done better myself
Vacuuming: Even my friend couldn’t believe that the vacuuming looked like it hadn’t been done
I could go on about the bannisters, the staircase carpet, and the floorboards not being done /​not cleaned either… but I will spare myself (as I am running out of time and space to detail the dreadful job Maid Simple did to our home).
Basically, if you are looking for a cleaning service DO NOT USE MAID SIMPLE… dreadful cleaning service with sub par results at best. Go elsewhere — even for free these guys are a rip-​off.
