We ate lunch here on a weekday. It is a very popular spot with bike riders, luckily as we got there about 30 cyclists were finishing up and leaving. We had the chicken salad, salad with grilled salmon and the market wrap. All were very good and we would highly recommend it. The location is definitely part of the charm– away from all the traffic and people in downtown Canmore, with great close up views of the mountains. It’s an easy bike ride from town(so they say) or an even easier/faster drive in the car!

Breakfast was awesome. Had the omelet which was delicious. Husband had the breakfast wrap which was incredible as well. Only thing that was lacking was the chai latte, not much flavor. Tried to return but unfortunately they were closed:( Will not get to return before we leave, closed Monday’s and Tuesday’s

We came here for breakfast because we were in the area and looking for a good spot to eat. The restaurant was quiet, nice, and clean. Their menu was only one page clipped to a clip board. There was also free WiFi, but you have to ask the waiter for the password. We went fairly early in the morning, so there wasn’t much people. I had the breakfast bagel deluxe. It came with home fries, which was delicious. The bagel was lightly toasted. It was basically a regular bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. Nonetheless, it was still good.

We had a great experience at The Market. We started off with a very reasonably priced bottle of Valpolicella Ripasso and then had a daily special of Thai marinated pork tacos. The atmosphere was that of a comfortable neighborhood bistro. It was a perfect evening.

It was a rainy day in Alberta and we’re looking for a place to eat on the way to the airport. Hubby had the delicious Market wrap and I had the ham and cheese sandwich. It was a simple sandwich but the fresh baguette really made it special. Very nice off the beaten path place. Stop by if you are staying in Canmore or on the way to Banff.

Nice and quieter than the rest of Canmore. What a nice place to catch up with friends, did not have too much background noise this is the place for you. A patio with sun good coffee and good food. I was bonking once on a long mountain bike ride, had no money and needed some juice. They gave me the needed orange juice on my promise to return and pay. I returned.

This place deserves way more business. The location and venue is beautiful. I have been there twice so far and the food is simply amazing. Staff are friendly and patient, they give you water without asking. They provide organic coffee and its very good. I haven’t tried their specialty coffees yet but will soon. They have a spacious patio with views of the mountains on both sides, surrounded by trees. You have to see it, its very relaxing. It wasn’t crazy busy when I went there so you can have a quiet meal with yourself or friends. Free street parking.

Great breakfast and espresso. Highly recommend the omelets and chocolate cake. Surprising wine list and Tapas menu. Went three times during my trip!

I haven’t written any reviews in a long time. This place is so good that I felt compelled to write. It’s off the beaten path(unless you happen to be staying at one of the neighbouring resorts), but well worth the few minutes’ drive. We attended this casual café for lunch on a quiet Saturday. For the first half hour of our stay it seemed like the place was being run entirely by one person(who appeared to be both server and cook), so the service was at a bit of a relaxed pace. But we didn’t mind as we were on vacation with no schedule. The food was well worth the minor wait. I had The Market Wrap, which is a roast chicken wrap with sundried tomato pesto, spinach, feta, grilled pear, caramelized onions, and vegetables. The ingredients tasted amazingly fresh and the whole thing was delightful. My wife had the Blackened Chicken Salad, which she said was very good and fresh. I didn’t taste it but the presentation was something I would have expected to see at a much more upscale establishment. Our daughter enjoyed the kids ham and cheese panini, which looked decadent with its two kinds of cheese. Her meal came with a cookie and she chose one that – baked with sour cream – was soft and rich and almost more like cake than a cookie. Exceptional. My wife and I shared a slice of the dessert special, which was an incredibly creamy and moist raspberry cheesecake, with a fruit layer and an oat-based crust. It was very well-executed. It was one of those rare confections that, rather than leaving you a bit sorry you indulged, leaves you wanting more. We’ll be back.
