We recognized the need for busy families to have a healthy meal and avoid the fast-​food trap. Our service is perfect for people who have two working parents, have to stay late at the office, have kids in after school sports, are feeling under the weather, are elderly, just had a baby, or just don’t feel like cooking.

I learned to cook in my grandmothers kitchen, she gave me an appreciation for traditional meals cooked on a budget. I learned to prepare wild game and work a grill thanks to my father. Years ago I worked as a volunteer for a large feed the homeless ministry and learned to cook for crowds of hundreds. Today, I’ve combined all those elements into a successful home business that feeds tasty home cooked foods to busy families. Though I never attended a culinary school, my 30 years of cooking experience in real kitchens has provided me with the skills to deliver tasty healthy meals to people in and around Carleton Place.
