Ordered the cabbage rolls. What a mistake! They were tasteless and cold.
Complained to the waitress who apologized and then charged me anyway. So I left hungry!

I have been coming to this greasy spoon since before I could walk. It has changed owners a few times over the years but has always stayed consistent. I got my first taste of curry here and have been hooked ever since. The curry is not like something you would find at say Palki in north Vancouver, it has been called white man’s curry by some of my more ethnic friends, but for me it was love at first bite. Maybe it’s the deep fried chicken breast or the uncle bens rice that help make it I dunno. I just keep coming back year after year. I don’t remember ever eating anything else here lol.
