History

Established in 2015.

In 1970 Jack Nicholson shot a scene at the Red Rooster diner in his 2^nd ever movie called Five easy pieces. Since then the whole place has been remodeled with the addition of a new space which we are now proud to call Red Café. Quaintly located between Red Rooster Diner and the Rooster Gas bar, the Red Café is run by a husband and wife team who spent the last 17 years traveling the world as fashion models, bringing their worldly perspective to a clean and chic style with all time favorites on the menu, drawing in all age groups and ethnicities.

Meet the Manager

Ebony M.

Manager

Originally from Australia, Ebony started out as a world class athlete, competing in the World Jr. championships in the field of High jump. Upon receiving an achievement award from the Australian Athletic Society, Ebony was scouted by a nationwide modeling agency which started her new career as an international fashion model. During her years as a model, Ebony used her spare time to invest in start ups and taking online courses in business marketing and management (oxford), Anatomy & Physiology, Herbology and continues to study to date. Ebony got married and moved to Washington where her and her husband started a medical dispensary and ran a medical delivery service for 2 years. Both deciding on a change of environment, they set their sights for Canada…

Together they run Red Café.
