Bikram Yoga Garrison

I would not call myself a Bikram regular, but have been to numerous studios in BC, and the USA. This studio has a well planned feel to it. It is like the customer was asked what they like in a Bikrams studio and the owners listened. The Bikram studio is large, fully mirrored, hot, well appointed, clean and has good flooring. The rest of the business is simply decorated, includes bottled water, clean showers and spacious change rooms. The small things that make this studio includes clean towel mats and soap in showers and availability for mats and towels if required. If you are looking to try Bikrams the two instructors were helpful and laid back, although prescribing to the required script seen in all studios, they provided a safe and nurturing environment to learn.
