Garrison Village offers many great features, including a prime location. Located nearby is the Canada Education Park, which includes University of the Fraser Valley (UFV), Royal Canadian Mounted Police Pacific Regional Training Centre (RCMP PRTC), Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC), Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) and the Canadian Armed Forces.

Garrison Village is located a short walk from Vedder Trail, which is a popular walking and biking trail along the Vedder River. Only a short drive will get you to the beautiful Cultus Lake, making your life at Garrison Village a perfect combination of urban living and being on the doorstep of nature.

The smoke-​free rental suites at Garrison Village are cleaned and maintained to a very high standard, as would be expected at a high-​end hotel. When a new resident moves into their suite, it is ready for immediate occupation. Absolutely no cleaning is required by them prior to moving in.

Our buildings are professional-​oriented and family friendly as well. Rental suites range in type from Studio to two bedroom with two bathrooms. Families with energetic children would be offered suites on the lower floors.
