These guys have now changed their name to «Live Custom Design», as I was alerted to by another Unilocal user. I’m assuming they’re just trying to avoid the negative reviews by restarting under a different name.
I’ve updated the business record here, so the listed business name might change, but in case anyone was wondering, they’re formerly known as High End Custom Layouts.
Their website is now
, but it’s the exact same company with the same principals. AVOID.

Nothing special in my opinion. Designs were very 90’s. Not great value for the money in my opinion. Check the references and ask for samples before paying in full like me. Live and learn.
When I stated that i was going to post a fair and clear review on Unilocal,they replied that they would file a criminal complaint for slander against me. Supposedly a Cpl. Stevens from the Chiliwack RCMP detachment will be contacted who will contact my local RCMP detachment who will open a case for posting a Unilocal review. Since the owners know the local RCMP agent by name, it leads me to believe they threaten this often. The owners probably also believe that having an opinion is criminal slander.
BEWARE: They do business under multiple names including High End Custom Layouts.
