A Chef by trade Shane has always dreamed of owning a little Italian restaurant.
Having worked in some of the best restaurants and hotels in the world, such as The Fairmont Château Whister resort, The Fairmont San Francisco, Le Petit Nice, France and most recently The Five Fishermen in Halifax. He brings his passion and focus on quality to the Annapolis Valley looking to fufill his life long dream.
