The owner and the others that were helping me were very nice, quick and efficient. I was surprised at how inexpensive the job was also. I will definitely go back again when needed.

I got quick prompt service here. Estimate was fair, and slightly less than another place that I went to.
The main reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that there was an issue with my undercarriage that was duct taped in place, but was ignored by the mechanics. Sure it’s something that I can repair myself, but I thought it was odd that they never mentioned: hey it appears you are holding your car together with duct tape.
I have some doubts about the veracity of some reviews, but that’s an issue that you the consumer will have to examine.

They quoted me $ 300 more to do my brakes than the Honda dealership. Their invoice didn’t add up either. They said it would take around three hours, charging $ 109/​hour for labour, and came up with an obscene amount that equalled to $ 150/​hour. They were trying to screw me over since I was a woman there alone. Disgusting.

Been taking my vehicles to John for close to 10 years now, never an issue. Always quality worksmanship along with honesty and great customer service. They really listen when you come in which is nice.
John has gone the extra mile for me on numerous occasions by doing things like driving me back to work when I drop off my vehicle, or fitting me in when they have a packed day and I have an emergency.
Ive also brought through numerous friends & family and never a single issue or complaint.
Don’t think twice to bringing your vehicle in for maintenance or repairs, they will take care of you.

John and his team are great to work with and I highly recommend them. I live in California and normally work on my own cars. I hate having to find a mechanic when I need help. I’ve needed oil changes and they get me and out very quickly. On my last trip up I had problems with my starter. John’s diagnosis matched my own and he got the starter replaced for me the same day. No problems since. Great people!

So glad to find full service auto repair shop I can trust and the service is top-​notch. John and Aaron always explain everything that is happening, and always give you options depending on your comfort level and budget. You’re never pressured to get things you don’t need. I’ve never had a problem making appointments and the best part, they clean you car for you! I’ve never had that kind of service. Affordable, reliable, and great service. Is there anything else you want from your auto repair shop?

John and his crew have never let us down. No appointment oil changes, and they will always check everything over to make sure your ride is solid. Even if they’re busy (which they often are) they always find time for us. They take the time to explain to you what they did, anything that might be of a concern, and generally what to look out for. My husband and I never thought we would find anyone we could actually trust to take our cars to, then we found John, and we haven’t gone anywhere else since. Great job guys.
