The Defender air cleaner is a life saver! We bought one a few years ago and I don’t think I could live without it anymore. The demo was powerful and we were sold. The sales lady did a great job. I don’t normally let anyone in the house who is selling anything, but I’m glad I did that night.

I had a young girl come to my house, by herself, with no identification, doing a 3 question survey. I was then entered into an alleged draw for $ 20,000 from Healthtek Inc. I thought it was suspicious and that homes were being cased prior to Christmas. I contacted the police to checknot out. When i contacted someone at the company he was defensive and argumentative. I have a problem with their business practices of sending this girl door to door on her own. And its just bad marketing. This is how you’re spending your marketing dollars?! There is little to no company information on the ticket stub, she doesnt say she’s representing a company, the 3 question survey doesnt really tell them any valuable information. I honestly thought she was a highschool student with an ill thought out survey for a project she might get a bad grade on. The man i spoke with about it said no one has complained in 7 years about it. Not true. There is a news article where people in Yellowknife had similar concerns. This company and the man presenting himself as the owner was unprofessional, defensive and argumentative. Is this teally who you want to spend your money with?

The feeling that I got from this company is that it does not care about its employees. Sending a freshly 18 year old girl into the house of strangers to do demonstrations by herself is NOT good business practices and showed us that Healthtek was more focused on making the sale than the safety of their employees. We were very disappointed that a company could have such little regard for their employees.

This five star review is about a demonstration I received from Daniela Green today — she gets five stars for her presentation and the product gets four stars because it is too expensive. I was hesitant about the demo at first because I read some reviews about the product and knew the price range going in. However, once I met Daniela and started listening I quickly became interested. I use Miele vacuums and thought they were the best, I couldn’t have been more shocked about what I saw and learned from Daniela today. The Filter queen vacuum picks up dirt and sand and dead skin (yes that is what you see floating in the air that you thought was dust — YUCK) that your regular vacuum leaves behind. They do a test with baking soda and it’s incredible; your regular vacuum seems to pick it up and then they put a filter with two black cloths over it and the Filter queen picks up baking soda that you can’t even see because your regular vacuum pushes it INTO the carpet! I can’t even tell you what came out of the mattress or carpet or couch — it is disgusting and I think my house is pretty clean. Overall an amazing machine and if it wasn’t so expensive I would buy one. Daniela sold me on it and she is so pleasant and lovely that it was a great experience and it didn’t feel like a sales presentation. Daniela also brought a defender air cleaner which we put in my office at the beginning of the presentation. We closed the door and left it there for the duration of the presentation (about 2.25 hours). When we went back to the office it smelled like a fresh — I don’t know — maybe a forest? There was a noticeable difference in the air. It was really noticeable and I was skeptical when she told me about it at the beginning. If you get a chance to have Daniela Green give you a presentation TAKE IT! If you have the money to buy these products I think you should do it! They REALLY work and the difference between your regular vacuum and the Filter queen is incredible. I’m a believer having seen it now.
