Black haired woman who works there should be let go. Terrible service, will never return. Found out through others my experience is not rare. How is this woman still working there!

Thankfully I have never had a bad customer service experience here, just one that looked as though they didn’t care about their job. I have been here a few times, however, walked out once with pants on sale that I ended up having to take in. Even when I used to live in Coquitlam. I still went to the Metrotown location. Even though their clothes are made cheap the pants that I did buy surprisingly lasted about 5 months, 4 months more than expected. As for shopping ambiance, there isn’t really one. That can be sent for most of the branches actually. I just read that they’re closing down very soon, therefore, I am sure that in 5 months this review will not matter. They earn a 3 star review ’cause this location had a 2 for 1 sale at the time on accessories that were actually in season.

Located 2^nd floor, good corner spot facing the centre of the mall.
80% of space devoted to ladies, yet the men’s pretty well has everything except for the shoes, and smaller accessories. There’s 2 entrances here, some decent deals on men’s jackets on the right. A bit cramped I may add.
It’s the usual lots of black, dressy for nite wear, with some bright colour shirts. I almost always find good service, compared to finding someone at the Bay.
It’s true they’re in financial do-​do, and kinda sad for the Montréal-​based company of 55 years.

After shopping at Le Château for years, my wife and I had a horrendous experience dealing with an employee when returning a pair of pants. My wife had discovered a split seam while putting on the pants for the first time so we returned to the store to request an exchange for an identical pair but she was accused of tearing the pants herself and made to feel very uncomfortable. We will likely never return to this store.
