Wasn’t very busy when my friend and I came. We were seated right away. So many yummy options to choose from. I got the waffle with oreos and whipping cream, my friend got the strawberry one. Was soo good. We want to go back and try everything on the menu!

One of my favourite waffle places in Vancouver! The atmosphere is really cute, a little rustic with a self-serve water stand with mason jars. Their menu has just the right amount of selection — not too many that you feel overwhelmed but enough to have everything you need. Plus, they have their Miracle waffle that allows you to choose any 5 toppings of your choice if you find that nothing on their menu is what you want. I ordered the Miracle Waffle with strawberries, kiwis, banana, vanilla ice cream, and caramel and it was delicious! The only reason that I gave this place 4 stars was because they always seem to be out of Liege waffles everytime I’ve visited and it can get quite busy at times and I’m not a fan of long lineups! Also, you have to pay at the counter which I always think is a little annoying and out of my way.

Love the décor and the atmosphere of this place. The waffle was airy and crispy. However i find it is too crispy because it is not moist inside, felt like I am eating a crispy cookie instead. For some people they might like it but for me it might be too crispy on my taste.

We came in on a Thursday, probably around 5pm when nobody was in the restaurant, but a little after about three more tables had been sat. I found this place on Unilocal actually, as one of the better places to have dessert in Coquitlam. I ordered a Peach Ice Tea, a Cotton Candy Frappé and a Brussels Melowna Waffle(Their liege waffle machine was broken so I had no choice). Their peach ice tea is amazing, it’s not too sweet but not too plain, it definately tasted like peaches, it’s actually comparable to ‘Good Drink’ if anyone’s has that before(It’s bomb, you gotta try them). My waffle had white chocolate, cantaloupe, melon and melona ice cream on it, the Brussels waffle wasn’t too bad, it wasn’t sweet at all, almost need a little bit of sugar actually. But it wasn’t bad compared to other I’ve had. The fruit pieces were really sweet but didn’t mix well with the waffle, luckily the melona ice cream did! Overall it was a good dessert dish just cause I could eat the fruit alone and eat the ice cream with the waffle and both were tasty, it could’ve used a little bit more white chocolate drizzle tho just because the little bit that was on there, pretty much froze up from the ice cream and I could barely taste it and it would’ve helped the plainness of the waffle. My boyfriend ordered the cotton candy frappé and it was sweet, he didn’t finish it, but what do you expect from a cotton candy drink LOL Atmosphere: The decorations felt a little but rustic-hipstery, the store was really spacious because of the high ceilings and the huge hallway(?) in the middle that lead up to the counter. The place looked new and clean, but nothing amazing. Service: The girl greeted, seated and brought us menus right as we entered, she took our order and brought our food but we had to pay at the counter, I always find that intresting and question whether you’re supposed to tip or not, but there was a tip jar so I suppose it’s a pooled tip. The employees always looked like they were doing something rather than just sitting around for customers, which seems to happen a lot at places that aren’t that busy. I found it intresting that they had table menus but they also had a large board up with the food menus on them sort of like a quick service restaurant. Food: 4⁄5 Atmosphere: 3⁄5 Service:3/5 I’m rarely in this area, so I’m not sure if I’ll be back, but that doesn’t mean I wouldn’t recommend it, for being near the mall and in Coquitlam, it’s not a bad waffle place, maybe they should consider putting bubble tea on their menu to start competing with Ninja BBT cause Ninja BBT actually came up first under desserts in Coquitlam.

Looks are deceiving! So we all decided to go after the hype and I thought it was comparable to Midam or Miga waffles but unfortunately wasn’t as great as I anticipated! There needs to be more topping or the price needs to be lower! This is not a downtown location and parking is such a pain in the but! The servers a bit slow and there’s not much seating options. There’s many students from the high school and Douglas college when we were there. The photos are nice and if you’re already in the area pop by, but I’d suggest going 10 min towards Koreatown North Road and go Midam Café!

The waffle was good but I have had better. I find it expensive for one waffle. You will not feel satisfied unless you’re just looking for a small dessert. The atmosphere was good. Staff was fast and efficient. Would come back for dessert

This joint was busy when we arrived! Not many tables so def come early, on a non busy day, or expect to wait some minutes! The staff were kinda disorganized with greeting guests, but to be expected with a busy joint! We waited a LONG time for our food to arrive, I’m talking 20+ mins for 2 waffles. They need more waffle makers to keep up with the demand… As this is the only joint in town! Supposedly it was extra busy because of spring break?!? I enjoyed every bite of my Mango waffle!!! Not too sweet, very satisfying Very reasonable prices! I’m coming back!!!

Came here for dessert on Christmas. N and I shared a Waikiki Brothers($ 8.75). The liege waffle was topped with coconut ice-cream, fresh mango & pineapple, coconut, white chocolate and whipping cream. The waffle was supposed to be very soft and chewy, but it was lacking both. N told me their waffles are usually very good except for this time. Wished their food quality was consistent!

Tried the B&W waffle and it was amazing probably the best dessert place in Coquitlam. The service was pretty good too! Very filling I wouldn’t go here right after dinner

Got the Sauffle with Honey Mustard and Garlic Mayo. Honey mustard sauce was good, and garlic mayo was Cesar Salad dressing. The Sauffle tasted good, similar to a corn dog. My friend got the ham and cheese soft waffle, looked good and came with a nicely sized salad on the side. The pricing was reasonable and food was good!

I’ve come here twice now with my wife and friend who love Belgian Waffles. This is a little nice shop with some nice décor, and pretty nice staff. There is free wifi if that matters… but now onto the waffles. We got the Green light and the B&W. Both were very well done, with a good amount of toppings. It wasn’t overly sweet which is a good thing. For me I am not a big sweets person as I love savoury food more but I will admit these waffles were not bad. Coquitlam needs more shops like this who cater to a certain crowd. I think this may be the only Belgian Waffle place in Coquitlam as far as I know.

The mochaholic brussels waffle was not as good as I expected, but it was indeed passable on my culinary rating scale. Espresso cream, chocolate syrup, and a crispy waffle weren’t too much to end the day with, which I had at 10pm. I would have liked the waffle more if it was crispier. It’s a little too cramped and loud to be an ideal first date spot and I wouldn’t recommend bringing more than one person. This place fills up quickly at night and they seem to only have around 2 or 3 tables of four. That said, I came with one friend from high school, nearly lost my voice trying to hear her, felt squished, but yet I had a great time chatting. I was able to finish at the same time as her. We didn’t feel rushed.

Both the green light and mochaholic waffles tasted good. I liked the green light waffle more though. The waiter would ask if I liked soft or crispy/hard waffles. I tried both. Both were good. I got to the restaurant around 9pm and it was packed and customers were waiting at the entrance. The waffles were pretty good that I was surprised I could find this type of restaurant in Coquitlam! It is running by Korean I believe, because waiters and waitresses there spoke Korean. If people in Coquitlam want to look for desserts at night, I would recommend that this is a good place to hang out with friends and enjoy desserts and drinks.

Small cute waffle shop that makes getting a nice dessert much easier in Coquitlam. Been a few times and generally got the brussels waffles as I like how crispy and light they make them here. Great vessels for the toppings aka fruits, ice cream, etc. The mango one on their chalkboard menu is always nicely presented with a good portion of fruit, ice cream, and fresh whipped cream.

Waffle tastes fine. Way too busy for the small place. Amature inexperienced services. Expect to wait 30 minutes before seating and another 45 minutes before eating.

This place is small, with simple no-frills interior, but a cosy and comfortable environment. Delicious waffles, perfectly made. B&W is the best. The staff is cordial, friendly, fast service. Free wi fi. One waffle costa little leaa than $ 7, coffee for $ 2. Im definitely gonna visit again!

A small little place in Coquitlam, yet quite busy when we walked in. Lots of different deserts to choose from, and we opted for the B&W waffle. Icecream, Oreos, and chocolate was hard to resist. All for $ 6. Overall it was pretty damn amazing. There’s no need to go all the way downtown to Nero for a waffle now, I’ll definitely return here!

I really really liked this place: D Cute atmosphere and delicious waffles. Ordered a ton of different ones, because. seriously. who could resist: P Brussels Waffle: Rectangular shape waffle. Crisp and Light. delicious with both sweet and savory waffles. Liege Waffle: Circular-ish. More dense, and sweet all on its own. delicious with sweet toppings. This place has a strong 5 star flavor waffle on its own. Toppings are just pluses. Wish they gave more toppings tho ;) but thats just because i’m greedy. They give just the correct amount that you have enough toppings to waffle ratio. Flavors are nommy, and not overly sweet. And the savory one really hits the spot. Also the salad is delicious and a great add on :) Drinks are reasonably priced, and well made. Friendly staff. The only downside is that the ventilation in the place isn’t that efficient. So when they do a lot of waffle orders. it gets pretty steamy, that your eyes are actually affected. Wouldn’t be too much of a problem during great weather time(when you can prop the door open). But i could see it being a big problem during the winter. I can’t wait to go back: D I enjoy this a lot more than Nero’s~ bam bam bam
