The owner was very rude. He claimed I was spam after inquiring if they provide free consultation. He proceeded to make smart remarks and asked what place offers free service, which I had to inform him that offering free consultation on his website is not clear that it is only phone consultation. He was arguing with a potential customer. Poor service before the actual service!

I needed an emergency fridge repair and called several service companies nearby, but they were unable to see me until next week. I then called Newtech at 8:15 am this morning, and their technician, Hassan, arrived at 11:30 am. He repaired the problem in 30 min. as he came prepared with the appropriate tools and replacement part. His speedy service saved a week’s worth of food. Thank you, Hassan!

Amin did his best to get my service request in as soon as possible. An honest, pleasant and proficient technician, businessman and person. As per other reviews, he communicated clearly what work needed to be done, and the breakdown costs of parts and labour. He fixed 2 dryers (for my small business) and re-​set the onsite fridge for under $ 400 (all cost included)! He guarantees his repairs for one year. The cost of a $ 65 diagnostic call is well worth the investment; the cost is put toward the total cost of repair. I thought I had to buy new dryers at $ 800 a piece — instead I have 2 functioning dryers for less than half the cost of buying one. I will definitely call on Amin and NewTech Appliance Repair again. If you are concerned about padded costs — don’t — Amin is definitely trustworthy! Thanks again, Amin!

Our fridge decided to act up late Sunday afternoon. We called Newtech Appliance Repair, they answered and were here very quickly. Within a few minutes Amin had everything back to normal. Great service, reasonable prices, will call again when needed.

I had a good experience! I had a fridge repair needed to be done. I called and made an appointment and he came when he said he would (sometimes that doesn’t happen with repair people).
He was very fast and efficient, he was clear with explaining what happened and what needed to be fixed. I felt the price of part and labor were reasonable compared to some quotes I received from two other businesses I checked into.
I first searched Google and saw he had a lot of reviews 33 and they were all 5 stars which I didn’t know what to think about that. Anyways he was good and I would hire him again!

Our stove wasn’t working properly. The cook top was working but the oven was not. I found NewTech on google and my call was answered right away. The appointment was booked within 2 days. Amin came on time and fixed the problem within an hour. The price was very reasonable. We are happy with the service and will use them again in the future.

My fridge was not working properly — it was warmer in my fridge than it was outside. I asked friends if they knew of a good repair guy and NewTech was recommended.
We called and booked a time (between 11am — 2pm) and I expected him to show somewhere in there but probably later. But to my surprise, Amin was right on time! Not only that but he was polite, friendly and informative. He kept me in the loop which I appreciated.
He evaluated what the problem was, told me how much it was to fix and I gave him the OK. He grabbed the part from his truck and fixed it quickly. The price was fair and I was happy.
I’d use their services again and recommend them to anyone who asked.

Amin was very professional, and arrived onsite within an hour. I called him at 4pm on the Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend, and he made arrangements to come fix my oven (that needed to do alot of work on Sunday!) right away. He was friendly, honest and reasonably priced — especially for a last minute job on a holiday weekend day. Will totally call Amin again anytime I have an issue with an appliance.
