I’ve been having to pick up parcels here for about a year now (used to be the outlet at Shoppers) and find that there is often a slow-moving line-up. Not their fault that so many people have to go there but I wish they could be processed faster.
I haven’t experienced the blatant rudeness that other reviewers did and find that the staff is quite friendly. That’s possibly because I’m sympathetic and friendly to them first? Who knows? Maybe I’ve just been there on good days.
Either way, I have no choice but to use them for parcel pick-up and my only complaint is the lack of parking. Again, not their fault…

Very bad service. Particularly from the wife like others are saying. I could go off on a rant of why my multiple experiences here were poor but I will leave it at that.

I feel insulted. Asked for help with a large package since my arm is broken. Parked right outside their door too but female manager said they couldn’t help — «we’re not Best Buy». No you’re Canada Post, guess customer retention is foreign to you. Had other business to do there but just left instead. Felt bad for the guy behind the counter she was micro-managing, the place is repressive at best and had nothing interesting to sell.
