I went to Pauls on a recommendation so I was trusting i would get good service… unfortunately i was very disappointed with the work they did (or did not do).
1) took an extra two days to complete the work — ok no big deal. BUT when they called and i went to pick it up it still wasnt finished and i had to wait in the office for almost half an hour which nearly made me late for work
2) day or two later the owner leaves me a message that they forgot to do one of the things i had asked them to do, which i had noticed looked like it wasnt done — ok so i have already paid but i appreciated the honesty and was going to come back in. called the next day and spoke to another employee who said the work had indeed been done… ya right! so that still looks just as bad as before i supposedly got the work done
3) picked up my truck and right away i was not impressed. the quality of work looked very low even from a distance and could tell the contour of the spot that had been «fixed» was wrong, it looked and felt like a dent. not to mention the paint job looked like it had been gone over with sandpaper
needless to say i will not be recommending this place to anyone or going back for any future work

I have brought 3 separate vehicles to Paul’s over the years. The people at Paul’s are very friendly and accommodating. They have always done a great job and if there wasn’t something I was 100% with, they always made it right in the end.

Whenever I need some body work done on my car, I go here because it it close and it is a family-​run business. All the guys are nice and helpful. They work pretty efficiently too. The only drawback is that their courtesy cars are kind of bad; almost to the point of giving a bit of paranoia about their reliability. Otherwise, they are fair and fast.
