Bait and switch.
They said they would fix the A/​C on my gf’s Jeep.
They couldn’t because the repair is $ 1200.
They still charged the $ 150

I was rolling the dice taking my car into a repair outfit I’d never used before, but I experienced honest and excellent service with Sapperton on two separate issues (heater and AC) which were fixed with no expensive surprises. Josh was very good to deal with. My only quibble was with the courtesy cars that leave something to be desired.
