When I heard about placenta encapsulation from my midwife, I was very skeptical about the whole idea of eating placenta. After lots of research and discussion with Eva, I was convinced. I have been taking the pills for 3 weeks. All I can say is that I am so glad I did this. Despite little sleep at night, I still have enough energy to care for my baby as well as my 3-​year-​old. I also noticed my skin is so much better, my friends said my face glows!
