This guy makes INSANELY good corned beef. Really tasty … you may well have eaten this corned beef at Salt or anywhere that serves high end charcuterie. Give him a call and get on his email list– he comes to Granville Island once a month to sell directly to the public. You won’t regret swinging by and picking up a slab of this tasty, tasty corned beef.
