I was very happy when the driver called and told me what time he would meet me at the vehicle. He was very busy due to our recent rash of winter weather but was still very friendly and didn’t rush through the job.
The car was in a difficult spot in a busy parking lot which didn’t faze the operator at all. To drop the car off at my mechanic’s, he had to back in the driveway which was narrow, snow and ice covered. It took a few tries and he was excellent, and didn’t get flustered at all. Furthermore, he didn’t drop the car and leave, he took the time to let my mechanic set up blocks and stabilize the car.
I hope all of their operators are carbon copies of this fellow, forgot to get his name, I will be recommending Added Touch Towing to everyone. Great job!
