Despite being one of the calmer stores in the mall, the well-​staffed shop couldn’t seem to keep up with the few customers in the store.
I went in for leather gloves and had to search around for them on my own hoping that an employee would point me in the right direction. When I found the right pair and headed for the cash, it was a ten minute wait even though there was only one person ahead of me in line and there were no gift boxes or even store bags available (apparently I couldn’t be given a medium-​sized bag for a small purchase so I walked out without).
Not a bad experience per sé, but I won’t be hungry to go back for more.
