Appointment for a really detailed tax meeting, for 5pm, but at 530 when I asked what’s our expected time to actually get in the receptionist informs me she had our agent let someone sneak in front of us as a «favour» to herself.
That’s pretty unprofessional since the other person had no appointment, and we did. Now we are over a half our past our time and expecting to wait 45 min.
