I tried the«Blueberry Maple» sparkling lemonade at Alderney Landing tonight and I think I might be hooked! I was going to order a traditional lemonade but curiosity got the best of me and I’m glad it did; it was exactly the refreshing drink I wanted! The staff were super friendly and the price is very reasonable! I’m excited to try more of their lemonade and limeades this summer, oh, and they have popsicles too!

Fantastic lemonade and wonderfully friendly staff. The constantly changing variety of lemonades being offered ensures that every week you can turn in your old bottle and purchase a new and delicious flavour. Some of the combinations may sound unusual, but these folks know war they’re doing and you should not hesitate to believe in what they’re offering. I certainly do.

Amazingly, there’s no listing for«lemonade stands.» If there were, this’d probably be the only place in Halifax listed. And you should add them to your list of «things to do at the Alderney market.» [Oh, that was a terrible segue.] Admittedly, lemonade isn’t one of those«must have» items at the farmers’ market but after trying this place for the first time a few weeks ago, I think I’ll be making more stops there. The lemonade was a) handmade; b) not that expensive; and c) presented with a variety of options. Including, I kid you not, «bacon lemonade.» I can’t even… I don’t… With real bacon fat and every… Just… … Anyway, the lemonade is good. You should give it a try.
