Over one year in and still no resolve to many of the issues regarding the apartment.
In fact the VP of Solterra after reading my Unilocal review said there was nothing more they would do to help me because I wrote the review, sounds like a threat to me.
So to finalize if you want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a quality apartment I would avoid Solterra at all costs.
Cheap floors
Bad finishes
Kitchen cupboards that change color if you need to wipe them clean
Shower tiles that penetrate water
Terrible /​non existent customer support
Under floor heating does not work
Main heating is so loud there is no way to sleep through it
Blinds that break when you try to open them
Faulty locks
Problem /​broken appliances
Bad insulation
Marked and scarred window frames
Over this 14 months I’m sure there are many other things we have forgotten about it has been a year from hell I wish I had known then what I know now.
