After reading a few good reviews on this company I called Chris and he seemed enthusiastic about coming by our home and doing a quote on our front lawn. We only live about 3 minutes away from him. We agreed on a day to meet but he didn’t show. I called a few days later and after struggling to recall the details he apologized for not coming by. He said that he was still interested and made a promise to definitely come out and look at the job. But once again he was a no-​show. I called him the following week and asked what had happened and he again had a hard time trying to recall who I was. Once he did he suggested setting up another time! Really?
It’s good that some people have had positive experiences with Chris but standing up a prospective client before even securing a job is a significant fail in my books. If you are looking for a company like this I would think twice about exposing yourself to the hassle of someone who in indifferent to a (potential) client’s time. Think twice about engaging this company.

Terra Form was recommended to our 73-​unit strata complex 2 years ago and as the head of the landscape committee I would recommend Chris and his team to anyone wanting a professional job done. Terra Form services our building on a weekly basis throughout the year, they mow and trim lawns, cleanup bushes and trees and entrance gardens. As well they plant seasonal flowers for pleasant displays in our courtyard, fall leaf cleanup is always a big job around here that lasts a few weeks, we have a LOT of trees! All of the team is friendly and willing to go the extra distance if we need help with anything else landscape related, including a huge replacement job of changing over from dying cedar to hedging to nice new yew bushes.
Terra Form also handles our building cleaning and they do it so thoroughly that we have had realty companies mention it when they are on site selling a unit. We have 3 buildings here and the gal that does the cleaning treats this place like it is her own home.
