Would not recommend this place. Only positive thing is that the food came out quickly. The menu items were overpriced and were not overly large portions for the money. The green curry looked and had the consistency of yellow pea soup, the pad Thai(their flagship dish apparently) was mediocre at best. The jasmine rice was also middling. Disappointing after a long day.

Great phở. Food came out fast and tasty. Only thing lacking was the herbs that usual Vietnamese place would or should offer.

Love the food. Quick service. Friendly staff. A healthy alternative to most restaurants in Moncton.

I love Vietnamese food but this place was disappointing. The Coconut Chicken was good but the other dishes we had were over-cooked and lacking flavour. They brought us food we didn’t order and then added a $ 2 charge for a glass of hot water with a slice of lemon and another $ 1 for a mini-dish of hot sauce. We won’t be eating there again!

I came here because I was really having a craving for some noodles in a place where there doesn’t seem to be many Asian restaurants. I ordered the B2 Pork vermicelli with an extra Imperial roll and Vietnamese iced coffee. In most restaurants this comes out in a heaping serving but tonight at Thanh’s place it was a bit smaller than what you would find in Montréal, Toronto. It did however hit the spot. Served with a good amount of vegetables and was fresh tasting and just enough! Service from the woman(who looked to be the owner) was nice, sincere and polite. I’d definitely come back as it’s a great place not far from Moncton Airport! Just what you need on a cold snowy night. Overall I’d say it’s 3.5÷5 range but because of the experience I bump it to 4 as the service was good!

Typical of Viet cuisine in Eastern Canada: a bit on the bland side for unrefined white people out here, and overpriced. $ 11 for phở??? Come on, that’s a 3000% markup.

We ordered from Thanh’s while staying at the Holiday Inn Express near the airport. They delivered directly to our room, which was great because this hotel doesn’t have a restaurant. The food was great. We had a Pad Thai, Coconut Soup, and Tofu stir fry with vegetables. The Pad Thai was descent, but for my SF Bay Area taste it wasn’t excellent. When I ordered it without meat, they offered to add tofu to it without my having to ask for it. We also initially ordered both the Coconut Soup and the Green Curry, and they pointed out to me that these were almost identical and that I’d probably want to get something else(thus my request for the Pad Thai). The person taking the phone order was very considerate and listened thoughtfully to my order, which earns them five stars(the food is probably a 4.5 stars). The Tofu Stir Fry was good, but a bit plain. I suspect they may cook for the more moderate Canadian palate, and if you’re interested in spicier you could probably ask for it(I opt for less spicy from restaurants I haven’t ordered from before, then work my way up – I’d rather have it a bit less spicy than burn-my-taste-buds hot). The Coconut Soup was the best in the batch. Great coconut flavor. It’s on the sweeter side, but not so much to detract from the taste. Their menu is online, although they don’t include prices. They offer a children’s menu, and seem to be vegetarian friendly. They also have several items on the menu they advertise as MSG free, and I’m guessing you could ask for most items without MSG.
