horrible stale veg and fruit avoid. thry charge for everything and nothing is fresh or cleaned properly

The owner here is a jack ass. Do not use coupons at this location, you will get nickel and dimed.
So I obtain 2 Vouchers for freebies from head office, I dealt with Jody, who was lovely and my concerns with this location were addressed with her.
I go to use one of said vouchers for my kids as the other was used in Market Mall Jugo several weeks ago and didn’t realize I still had one. Market mall will always let you split a large smoothie and put it into two cups for your little ones, the large ones are too big for them. On maybe one occasion they said that I need to pay for the additional cup, which was 30 cents, no biggie when you are paying $ 6 for a smoothie. It is an additional cup that they will be out of pocket for, I don’t mind at all.
Fast forward to a week or so ago, we happen to be at Cross Iron Mills and after the fiasco below I give them a second shot because my kids were begging for one. I go to use the other coupon for my kids and ask for the large to be split for the kids in two small cups.
He takes the coupon, reads it over and says, «well maam, you can have it but I need 60 cents for the cups!» Really? Now charging double what the other locations charge, when he would fully get reimbursed from head office for the coupon.
I CANT BELIEVE IT! NEVER AGAIN. What an ass. Also, totally runny smoothies here.
Also, the green tea matcha smoothies at Cross Iron, North Hill Mall, Sunridge and Cardel Place are really weak even if you ask for extra matcha powder. I now drive out of my way to Market mall to get it done right there.
I love Jugo, it sucks when ass-​hats run these places.
