Tim Hortons

I like this Tim location — it’s clean, close to work, and pretty quick. The drive-​thru is never slow so it’s a great spot for the morning rush.

Tim Hortons is good everywhere. But what is bad at this specific location is customer service. very slow and extremely unfriendly

Going to this Tim’s is a crapshoot, service-​wise. I have gone sometimes and gotten receptive, clear, quick, accurate service, and then some other times (ironically at busier hours) found an understaffed restaurant with the guy at the drive-​thru standing around doing nothing while the main cashier struggling with language, misunderstanding simple customer requests, and being generally unsure of what he’s doing. I went in yesterday (5^th time at this location) and was 4^th in line. Took 14 minutes to get my one-​drink order. People were getting antsy. I think it’s a management issue — put your strong people during the day when the restaurant is busy and train your weaker people in the non-​peak hours, or with the strong ones.
