This store does not provide the level of service that I have come to expect with Telus. While I can heartily recommend Telus’ service online, the f-2-f service I received at this store failed completely. I was directed to this store to resolve an issue with my phone by the Telus technical rep. However, once the Cowichan Cellular learned I had purchased my iPhone through Telus online rather than at their store, they wanted to charge me $ 50 to provide assistance. I will NOT be doing any business with them.
