Nancy Este provides over 14 years of professional experience in helping men, women and children regain their health through holistic nutrition. Originally from the GTA, Nancy has found a home in the Kawartha Lakes where she continues to practice nutrition and teach yoga classes to adults, youth and children.

For over 14 years, Registered Nutritionist, Nancy Este has successfully treated men and women who experienced digestive issues, joint pain, fatigue, poor memory, migraines, anxiety, depression, PMS, menopause, thyroid imbalances, blood sugar imbalances, insomnia, and weight gain.
Her passion for alternative health and yoga was fuelled by challenges overcoming her own health issues. It was only after she changed her diet and lifestyle that she began to experience steady improvements. Today Nancy remains active, healthy and cancer free.
