Appliance All Service

We bought a refurbished dryer at their Edmonton location in November 2013. We were under the understanding that there was a warranty on the appliance for three months. Less than a month later the dryer broke down. We called All Service to have them honour their warranty. We were assured by both the receptionist and the technician who repaired the dryer that the repairs were at no cost to us; the dryer was under warranty. The technician came, replaced a part on the dryer, and left us an invoice stating that we owed them nothing. We didn’t hear anything from the company for three months. Not a phone call. Not a letter. Nothing. Just yesterday we get a call from a collections agency claiming to represent All Service stating we owed the company for the repairs to our dryer. Our credit will probably be affected and now we have to spend our time and money having this issue resolved when we had every reason to believe our business with the company had been resolved in December. Stay away.

Useless. Completely useless. $ 86.95 for the guy to show up and tell me he can’t repair my refrigeration leak, due to liability, blah blah blah, he repeated why he can’t fix it about 4 times. Liability? telling me the whole fridge needs to be taken to the shop? I think not. Called another company who will come next week and will fix it in my home without spouting excuses and reasons why they can’t fix it. Yet another Edmonton rip off outfit.
