WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD. Very unprofessional. I waited almost 15 min before anyone acknowledged my presence even though I had an appointment — and that was only after someone else came in and they acknowledged her. I used a groupon– received less than 45 mins of my 60 min massage. Was told consultation was included. No — paperwork was filled out in 2 mins. Masseuse picked a rag that fell on the floor and put it on my face. Massage room was noisy & cluttered. I was made to pay extra taxes on top of my groupon — I’ve never had to do that ever before and not anywhere since. I asked to speak with the manager Chantel. She called me and when I began telling her about my experience, she hung up on me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE is putting it mildly. I actually have another groupon for my mom to use. She is not going to use it because I wouldn’t want to subject her to the Beaming Beauty experience.

Poor Customer Service poor appointment system. I went there and they refused to serve me because their system did not have my appointment. I drove from one part of the city to the other just to be rejected service :(despite making an appointment two weeks in advance. Manager was rude and not sympathetic. Did not care to find a solution for me :(

I have been to the beauty lounge twice and have mixed reviews. In dec 2014 it was absolutely FREEZING upstairs while getting a mani-pedi. And the description on the groupon states that paraffin is used but they don’t. Very unhappy about this. When I suggested they revise their description and remove the paraffin they just agreed that this might be wise. When I returned in April it was not changed.
Otherwise, I enjoyed the treatment. It was pleasant.
