History

Established in 1977.

Braden Equities has been successfully managing property since incorporation in 1977, and has developed a solid reputation in the industry, providing clients with over 30 years of quality real estate experience. In 1980, Braden Equities became 100% owned by R. Paquette and the company’s focus has been to provide excellent property management of residential and commercial property.

Over the years the company has continued to evolve and grow acquiring new systems and people. Braden Equities is positioned to manage the challenges in our industry for many years to come.

Manager

In 2005, Braden acquired his first investment property believing in the concept that you cannot manage property for others if you cannot manage your own. He then enrolled in University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Management degree. During the four years of University, Braden managed a small portfolio of properties full time, which often involved working weekends. Braden achieved total client satisfaction with his management, and these same Clients are with him to this day. Over the next several years he assumed larger management portfolios that consisted of multi-​family, rental pool, commercial and condominium properties.
