The staff is one of the best. They pay attention to details and are reasonably priced for their services. I didn’t feel I was overcharged after my insurance coverage. They are great with kids, I have had 2 kids go there and they are treated well.

In 2007 our son was born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate. It was devastating for a family who had no idea that this was coming until he was born.
While staying at the Stollery we were informed that an orthodontist would be arriving to educate us and fit our son for an appliance (called a NAM) which would help in straightening the pre maxilla to get it ready for the plastic surgery he would have in 6 – 7 months.
We were pleasantly surprised by the kind-​hearted and PERSONABLE doctor who walked into our room. Dr Evelyn Diduch was incredibly sweet and compassionate. She didn’t treat us like another number or another case. She treated us like people who had felt like we had been hit by a brick wall.
Every visit to her clinic thereafter for adjustments to his appliance was always pleasant and informative. She walked us through what procedures and steps we would expect next. Once we were complete with the NAM and the initial surgeries were complete, we were still in occasional contact.
Fast forward 7 years and we are now back at the clinic again, prepping our son’s mouth for the next surgery. There have been a lot of changes at the clinic revolving around an initial partner leaving, and Dr. Diduch taking over the practice. My uncle was once a dentist, and being close with him and his clinic, I remember the challenges of a ‘medical’ practice. I understand the challenges Dr. Diduch and her team must have faced with the sudden increase in patient load to then include those of her previous partner. That being said, we NEVER experienced any disappointment in the quality of service we have received. Everyone, from Dr. Diduch herself, to her assistants, her front end and her financial staff have always been kind to us. We have never been spoken to rudely or in a manner we feel is unjust.
We feel that Dr. Diduch is an angel that has always had our son’s best interest in mind.

Dr P retired suddenly and left me in braces limbo. My treatment was supposed to be 18 – 24 months. I am now going on month 38. Yes… you read that correctly. Month 38. The last two times I was there I ended up in tears as no one seems to have any real plan now that he is gone.
To say I am unhappy would be an understatement.
