I have to say this experience with Edmonton Motors was exceptional. I was looking to trade my vehicle in, and dealt with Kelly.
I have to say I have dealt with about 4 Edmonton car dealerships and for the first time I never felt like I was dealing with the «car sales person», or had vehicles pushed on me.
She and her manager were honest, and never tried to sell me something that was out of my range. I highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Here’s a long story, made short. On a Saturday afternoon I put down $ 500 on a $ 50,000 pick-​up truck (subject to financing). The next day, the owner of another dealership called and told me about a private deal… one of his best clients was selling his personal truck (which I bought for cash a few days later). I Immediately contacted the Edmonton Motors salesperson by phone (his cell number was on the business card) and appraised him of the situation. He said since it was only a few hours since I had put down the deposit (less than 12 hours), and since they were not open Sunday (thus no one could be denied the truck I had the deposit on), he’d let me know if I could get the deposit back. That Monday, they decided not to refund my deposit, saying the best they could do was if I purchased another vehicle from them down the road, I could use the $ 500 towards that. *I later found out that I could have received the deposit back by just calling AMVIC, or declining to cooperate on the loan application.
Skip ahead a few years (July 2015). I walked into the dealership and asked about purchasing a used car they had. I said I’d be interested in purchasing the car; paying cash. The sales manager (Keith Knutson) would not budge a nickel on the price, as it was already a great deal. Nonetheless, I let him know about the $ 500 deposit I had at the dealership, and that I’d like to use that towards the purchase of the car. He took my name and phone number down, and then said he had a meeting he had to go to. He put me on to a salesperson, who also said he’d check with accounting and get back to me on the deposit. I never heard from either of them… and quite frankly, I’m done with this dealership. I don’t trust them.

The manager at this location will not budge on his price says he’s also very rude and blunt the salesgirl was very nice and apologized. But I will not do business here ever and I would advise anyone if you wanted service do not come here as long as they have that old manager working here he was a complete prick and very rude. Unfortunately I still have to give them 1 star to post this postings but if you want good service I would suggest you go to GMC in Sherwood Park much friendlier and thete manager is not such a rude person.

I bought my 2014 Cadillac ATS from Downtown Edmonton Motors there detailer starched up my black paint I took the car back to them they would not help me at all. his words were ‘we will not do anything about that’ all I wanted was the scratches buffed out but they would not even do that. I only had the car 3 days and I’m stuck having to bit the 400.00 bill to have my car looking they way it should coming from Cadillac. Very poor service will not bring the car there again not even for there free oil changes. all they needed to do to right this wrong would be to buff out the dull paint and scratched they caused******* I am also a long time customer of this dealership I’m disgusted with the service I have been given.******

I’ve leased two cars from this location and although I don’t mind both sales men I’ve had it’s the service/​repair area that lacks. I go to get my car checked out because when it’s warm my car likes to make a squeaky noise in the front left wheel. I checked out the brakes and they’re fine and no rock is stuck in the brake pad (which is what I thought it was). I asked them to drive it around a bit to find out what’s wrong and both times in one year they said they couldn’t hear anything and both times they drove it under 0.4km. That’s hardly a test run and I told them that it takes about five minutes before the sound appears. They couldn’t just drive it for five minutes? One repair mechanic told me to my face; «Not to waste our time.» Like I friggn’ love wasting my own time bring it here and not having a car for six hours. Arg! After two years my car still makes this sound but nothing seems to be wrong so sadly I’ve given up on them.
Most of the time this place is good though and everyone is nice, except the mechanics. Should that surprise anyone? Nah.

Went looking for a used vehicle this week. checked 3 dealers finally ending up @ Edmonton Motors. Steve and Tom (pre owned Manager) did everything they could to satisfy me and sell rather than up sell me a car. I bought a 2009 Impala and am very pleased. Hats off to all the folks there

I had my car towed here because the fuel pump had gone on new years day. I went in before hand to get an estimate and the staff were friendly and quick. they did an assessment to see what was the cause of breakdown and, as I requested, they called to give me the run down of time, cost and service before doing anything. I really appreciated the honesty and right to the point attitude of the guys here. so many places take advantage of peoples lack of knowledge about cars and Im on a strict budget and cant afford much. I was able to listen to there recommendations and approve what they could do and costs without them harassing me about it.
For this happening right after the holidays I was very impressed with how fast they were. it only took a day and they were able to work around my own work schedule so I could get it back just in time. for the assessment, labor replacing fuel pump and filter, and parts it cost just over $ 1000.
these men stand behind their work and said if there’s ever anything that comes up with the repairs to come back and they’ll double check it free of charge. I got my car back running smooth and cleaned on the inside complimentary.

Bought a new Cadillac CTS under the GM 30-​day return policy. Unfortunately it didn’t work out. The salesperson Mr. Kelly Kazeil was rude and downright insulting in accepting it back, so the manager had to take over. A terrible experience.

My husband and I went into their Kingsway location to look at a car they had for sale. They automatically asked for a deposit «to test drive the vehicle» they said. They also wrote up a purchase slip right away, on condition of a test drive and financing. We just wanted to test drive it — we had no idea whether we wanted to buy it since we didn’t even know the final price. Also the salesman was misleading about financing rates, and how much we could finance for (we only needed a small sum in comparison to the asking price since we wanted to put down a substantial down payment). Furthermore, when we went to test drive the vehicle, there were a number of issues with the vehicle, some of which would cost in excess of $ 300. They refused to pay for the repairs (some of which were safety requirements). We refused to purchase the vehicle because of all the misleading information and the poor condition of the car — as well as all the extra repair costs which according to them, were our responsibility. I had to fight tooth and nail to get my deposit back (never put down a deposit just to test drive the car — if they refuse a test drive, walk away!).
Our experience with them was awful and put a horrid taste in our mouths. We ended up buying a brand new car that had a better financing rate, lower monthly payments, and allowed us to put down whatever amount as a down payment!
As a side note, Edmonton Motors tried to sell us an extended five year warranty for $ 3500. We got the exact same warranty for 8 years (all inclusive warranty) and the new car dealership for less than HALF the price. Watch your money when you walk into this dealership!
