I was in a really tight spot with a narrow window between the time I took possession of an apartment and the time I had to move in. Aaron is the sales manager at this End of the Roll was very helpful: set aside the carpet before it had been finally measure (I had a good estimate), arranged for the man to come and take measurements on the first day I could set it up, and promised that the carpets would all be installed the day before our move. And it all happened like clock work. He actually stepped in when he hear me getting cranky with one of his sales people who’s insistence on doing it by the book meant that I would have had to go elsewhere. Great service.
