just to add to my prevuoius review, memebr who verbally attcked me had no consequences to their actions , he will continue to come to this gym His reaction was violent towards me, i was sure willl be hit I was so scarred and traumatized, staff didnt help, emplyee Caroline was very demeaning towards me , and said he is left , so i guess in her eyes it is ok Staff didnt take this incindent seriously going to bring it up with police

do not join thus gym I recently ws verbally attacked by another memeber without any provocation,, he called me old bitch, treatened me , use ful language I am stilll traumatized, staff did nothing to help,, just gave me their attitude If youu are a women or older person do not join, not safe

If you’re a shift worker like me (or a ²⁴⁄₇ mom/​dad, not like me), a ²⁴⁄₇ gym is a necessity. The amount of carbo loading that you do when you’re under stress is unbelievable. And then of course there’s the crazy hours you work — nothing is open when you are wide-​eyed and awake!
Fit4Less is an unassuming gym that is squeezed between west side Mikado and Chapters Terra Losa. It’s a convenient location as you can get retail and food therapy if hitting the gym wasn’t good enough. There are 2 plans: Premium (Black card) for $ 18.99/month + $ 35 activation fee, which nets you the ability to be non-​committal, free use of their massage chairs and tanning rooms (this was so weird to me! Tanning at a gym!), can allow a family member or friend come in (not the same time as you), access to all locations, gym bag and t-​shirt. The regular one is $ 8.99/month + $ 35 activation fee,
one location only, access to tanning rooms, and a 1 year commitment.
I chose the regular one.
You really have everything you need to get your workout on. For cardio there’s treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, rowing machines… then there’s a huge range of weight machines and weights, stretching mats, gym balls, and medicine balls. They also have a quick circuit section. The glaring absences in this gym are: a) showers and b) water fountains. Otherwise, you have daily use half lockers, an area to hang your coat and put your outdoor shoes, a few individual change rooms, and men’s and women’s washrooms. Note: Bring your own lock!
The only gripe I have is if you don’t know how the doors work, it really makes you look dumb standing there trying to open them! But once you know what’s up, you can appreciate the reasoning behind it. There are 2 sets of doors besides the 1 set that gets you into the lobby. These 2 sets you require a scan card (which you get upon registration) to open each door. You can only scan to get through one door at a time. You also need to scan when you get out. I really appreciate this for its safety factor, since there is no staff from 10pm-​7am on weekdays and 5pm-​11am on weekends. If you want to get in without a scan card, you have to get buzzed in by a staff member.
Last deet! Fit4Less hosts an open house the last Thursday of each month — free pizza and workout!
TLDR; Great ²⁴⁄₇ basic gym with everything you need to get a great workout!

Me & my boyfriend just bought a membership here, so far it’s been great! Our membership is $ 18.99 a month it comes out on a bi-​weekly basis which comes to $ 9.20! The gym doesn’t have showers, or water but you can purchase drinks during regular hours! Our membership includes tanning, and use of the massage chairs! It’s open ²⁴⁄₇! The staff are very friendly at this location! They also have an open house at the end of the month, where they have pizza and you can bring friends or family into the gym for a free workout!

This gym is great! We pay $ 20 a month and get access to tanning and the awesome massage chairs, which feel great after a good workout. The reason this gym is low cost, is because it is kind of bare bones and basic. That is fine by me, because it’s all we need! They have lots of cardio equipment and a good circuit section for a quick workout. I have always found the gym to be quite clean and it is bright and pleasant. I notice some damages, such as the circuit «stop and go» lights don’t work, the doors malfunction often, some cardio machines are out of order. It hasn’t really had any negative consequences for me personally, but I could see it being a problem if they don’t tend to maintenance along the way.
There are no showers and no water fountains. Bring your own water bottles or you can buy one there. Again, bare bones.
Overall, I am really happy with this price, so I can overlook the little things such as a broken light. The staff are courteous and friendly and I like it there.

Fit4Less in Terra Losa in the west end of Edmonton is pretty good. Brand-​new, but the owners are not paying attention and they are letting it slide. Some machines and treadmills have been broken for 3 weeks or so now. One of the clocks is broken. Security cameras? One of them is gone, wires sticking out of the wall. It’s still a good facility and I like going there but the owners have to put some money in and get things fixed pronto. Staff are great. No water fountains (but or bring your own); and no shower facilities (that’s why it’s so inexpensive). Could use a few more lower-​weight dumbbells. Could be an A+ facility if they keep on top of things.

Bought a membership here at the Londonderry Mall location. Very affordable at $ 20 a month. Facility is brand new. Tons of Cardio machines. Free weight area has a built-​in alarm in the floor that makes an audible alarm sound when weights are dropped too hard. 24 hour access with swipe card. Not staffed in the wee hours. No water fountains. Overall I love this Gym!
Plenty of lockers too.
