Garret is awesome with cuts and colour. Though it is pricey, it is worth it.

Very expensive for quality of service and level of professionalism. I was a strictly loyal customer for around 4 years averaging over 1,000 $ /year in services and saw the salon owner exclusively because she was highly recommended to me. The quality of products is high, but the salon was often dirty(hair cuttings under the chair and used coffee cups from previous clients at your chair) and services felt rushed. If you prefer your service being done from start to finish by your stylist you may not find that here very consistently. I was often passed around to up to 3 employees during each visit. It was dizzying and not relaxing at all. This September the salon owner, who I had booked 6 months in advanced for my wedding day, cancelled on my wedding day hair appointment via text message with less than 2 weeks notice during the busy wedding season in order to take a pleasure trip to Europe. The owner did set me up with her other top stylist at a time on my special day that was not what I wanted but I had no choice but to accept it as I couldn’t get in to any other top salons with the short notice I was stuck with. The other stylist did a good job, but it set my wedding day off on a bad note. I Also experienced various issues each time I requested a colour issue be corrected. Each problem was always easily and quickly fixed by a simple toner or shampoo cocktail but due to this«hassle» I was asked to permanently find a new salon, which I have happily done. Many positive aspects to this salon and that is why I kept going for 4 years but in the end the unprofessional experiences became such a turn off that I cannot recommend it to anyone now. To each their own, I know that they do have a solid following of happy clients, just wanted to share my experience so a ‘buyer can beware’. This may be the perfect salon for you, but it was not for me. It all depends on your expectations and standards.
