when I tried to fill a prescription from here the pharmacy had to contact Dr. cause the dosage was missing. when she contacted them they said I wasn’t a patient there so turned out someone never entered my info into system after my first visit. later I had an appointment for Monday 5:30. on the Friday before receptionist left a message that my appointment had changed to 1:30 and to call back if I had any questions. cannot be reached on Friday as the phone number they left is a recording stating they are closed Fridays. called on Monday and asked to hold. after 5 min. I had to go so I called back and was put on hold again. I called back a third time and when reception answered and offered to put me on hold I stated I couldn’t make my appointment. the receptionist stated sir I have to put you on hold I have 4 other customers to deal with first. I stated my name and said I can’t make today’s appointment due to insufficient notice and I don’t wish to loose half a day of work. she reluctantly took my info and offered to rebook but I declined. they refer to patients as Customers. their receptionist is rude but the Dr. was great. if you like being put on hold this is your clinic hire some receptionists already its $ 15 per hr. well spent

I had to go to Keystone regarding a scar that had developed on my leg. Dr. Keeling was great! He was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. He saw me a couple times after my initial visit to see how I was doing and how the scar was healing. I’ve been to a few dermatologists in the city and Dr. Keeling is, by far, the best. I can’t stress how comfortable he made me and how kind he was. He always has a big smile on his face and it is very evident that he loves what he does and he loves helping people. I don’t have a single negative comment about Keystone. If you are looking for a great dermatologist in Edmonton — Dr. Keeling is your man!
