Am glad I finally stopped in after walking by so many times. I was researching a product online and the Kiehl’s product was one of the top ranked for dark spot solution. I went in and saw the product and was approached immediately. It was great the the associate provided me with information that was consistent with the information that I read online. She made suggestions about how to use the product and showed me other products in the line without being pushy to try to get me to buy more and items that I may not need. Having used the hand cream recently, I also asked about it and she showed me the cream and gave me information about it. There were products in the men’s line that she also showed me and knowledgeable about how and when to use them. I liked that her and another associate spoke about the products having used them or her boyfriend having used them. In addition to the purchase, they are generous to offer and provide samples. Even if they don’t have packets, they make samples in little containers to take home and try. I was give quite a few samples. I’ve been using my dark spot solution for about a week now and I haven’t noticed much difference yet but hopefully the dark spots will diminish. They were having a promotion where every $ 30 spent would get a coupon for $ 15 off purchases in the next few weeks. I ended up with 3 of these cards and they can’t be used at once and on a minimum purchase of $ 30 so I will be back and pick up a few more items.

Every single time I walk into Kiehl’s I remember why I keep coming back to their products. Not only do I absolutely adore each product I leave with, the staff are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Shout out to the two ladies who helped me pick out a few new products to try out! I will continue to be a dedicated Kiehl’s customer.

I have been a long time fan of Kiehl’s products, and today I am blown away by their customer service. It all started last week when I was accidentally overcharged $ 12 at Kiehl’s WEM store, but didn’t realize it. I left the store and finished up the rest of my shopping, and came home to find a voicemail message telling me of the error. I called the store back, and talked to the sales clerk. She felt so bad about it, apologizing profusely about overcharging my card. I told her no worries, mistakes happen. She asked if I could come back to refund the amount on my card. I told her I was unable to make it back to WEM for another 2 weeks, so we decided that she would mail me an extra cleanser. Well, I receive this beautiful box today with not only the cleanser, but a full travel kit of Kiehl’s products, and a beautiful apology letter(which really wasn’t necessary, but blew me away nonetheless!). Wow!!! Amazing customer service – something you rarely experience nowadays. If I could give 10 stars to this store, I would.

Their store credits and promotional gift cards both have expiry dates; and at least the former is definitely illegal. Where else do store credits(on returned merchandise) ever expire? The store staff are so darn rude about it too. They are asking for a class action lawsuit. My last visit and review.

I am about to have incredible skin. Even after walking past Kiehl’s a million times in Southgate Mall and hearing my mom rave about it for ages, I never tried any of their products. I don’t know why — I am a beauty and skincare product junkie. I think I just always thought their stuff was super expensive, so I stuck with my usual, in-my-price-range-but-not-amazing drugstore stuff. No more! I’m officially hooked on this stuff. So yeah, $ 25 is more than you’ll pay at Shoppers for a face wash, but this stuff is the shizz. I’ve given in and ponied up for the face wash, moisturizer, overnight cream, toner, and more. But it’s WORTHIT. Regardless of how awesome the products are, I just need to shout out the staff here. They are geniuses. Because Kiehl’s doesn’t just have one face wash, they have like, twelve. But these guys and gals know which one is right for you. And then they’ll write it down on a card for you and store it in the system so you always know which products to get next time you come back. WEM, thanks for adding this long-overdue skincare dream store to your collection of shops!
