Mappins

I walk past alot of fine jewelry stores and they all somewhat blend together for me as I am typically not in the market for anything in that price range. Mappins was kind of a refreshing change for me though as they seem to have some more reasonably priced pieces mixed in with the typical giant expensive bling you find at other stores. My cousin and I came into this store when she noticed they were having a sale on Persona beads (think Pandora but less expensive… they fit on the Pandora bracelets as well). The lady was very pleasant with us and took the time to show us all the different beads we were interested in even though I am sure we were not dressed like people in the market to spend hundreds of dollars. In the end I did end up buying a bead for my cousins bracelet as an early birthday gift based on the strong customer service we received. I recommend this store if your looking to spend between fifty to three hundred dollars and recommend this location if you want friendly low pressure customer service.

The jewellery at this store is beautiful and the prices are fairly reasonable (depending on what you get!) The staff are very attentive, and acknowledge each customer so you know they aren’t ignoring you!
I have a beautiful diamond necklace from here, and today we bought my hubby a lovely mens chain and bracelet.
What I really like about this store is that they will resize things for you (they resized a mens chain we bought) at no extra cost — unlike most of the other stores we had been to today. The lady that helped us also wasn’t pushy and didnt force any lifetime warranties on us. yay!
They also had 15% off today, certainly made me happy!
