I have never received cold fries at this location. They are always hot and the flavour is good, you can tell they aren’t using dirty, overused oil(most fast food joints don’t change their oil often enough and once you know the taste, you can’t enjoy fries that have it). It’s a small thing that makes all the difference! Thank you and keep up the good work ^_^

You know, I get it guys. It’s just mcdonalds. No biggie. Oh? Got your order wrong? Just mcdicks. Oh? They were totally rude to you? Just mcdonalds. No. I don’t agree with this, people. Just because they are McDonald’s does not mean they can slack off, be totally shitty and get away with it! I hate cheese. HATE it. I will tolerate real mozzarella on baked pasta and pizza. But there is one thing that I hate more than most cheese. Processed cheese! Every single time I go to this location and say NOCHEESE. NOCHEESE I REPEATNOCHEESE. They say okay okay we get it. I pull up. There is cheese. Are you serious right now? Now. That being said. I enjoy their mcwraps and their basic coffee which is usually consistent. Not hard to make. Double double. I also live for the hash browns. Sadly, I will probably return due to my drinking problem that requires constant attention of chicken mcnuggets.

Morning coffee at the drive thru. Standard McDonald’s. Fairly consistent. Staff seems efficient. Coffee sometimes tastes different as does most chains I guess.

The rule of thumb for most major chains is all will offer similar standards of goods and services no matter which location you frequent. Occasionally however some will go above and beyond and stand out from the others but of course there is the other side of the coin where some will fail colossally I stopped in at this one after a night of swimming for a quick bite and was disturbed to see their entire dining room was a mess. Literally every table was covered in trash and trays and some of the garbage had managed to migrate to the floor. The manager on duty at the time came out from behind the counter on his way to the bathroom picked up a napkin off the floor and then kept on walking. When the manager doesn’t care about cleaning I guess you really can’t expect the staff to. After cleaning off our table we sat down to eat our lukewarm food and then left vowing to never return again. Hands down my worst fast food experience ever in all my time living in Edmonton.

Drunk, craving food, cab drives past McDonalds, I’m game. Now if only they could get my Cheeseburger No Meat order right…
