Terrible customer service. We called and spoke to a really nice guy on the phone, told us they had«hundreds» of what we needed. Got there and had the absolute worst experience! The woman told us to «be on our way» because she didn’t want to take us to the field to show us what she had. Went to Classic Landscaping and had a wonderful experience. I’d recommend them over Millcreek any day!

This is the best nursery in Edmonton. Their greenhouse is beautifully arranged with perenial plants and various unique garden ornaments. Really lovely and helpful staff. Delivery service is excellent. Overall I was very impressed.

Terrible customer service! I called to check if they had a plant I was looking for and they said they did. When I showed up it turned out they didn’t carry it. I wasted a lot of time to drive there but they never even apologized or offered to order it for me. If you need plants or trees, I recommend going to Greenland Garden Centre instead — unlike Millcreek, they really care about their customers.

Recently visited them to shop for some trees and shrubs. Large facility and a big green house. Have almost all type of plants, trees and shrubs that are good for our region. If they do not have in stock has the ability to get them for you. They have a good website where you can lookup different types of plants to your liking. No delivery for potted plants/trees/shrubs. One year warranty with only 50% refund(in case of dead plant — need to bring the dead plant). Quite pricey when compared to other nurseries and if you prefer to try your luck at the local hardware store seasonal nurseries you could save a lot of money. Interestingly those local hardware(hw) store nurseries give 1 year warranty with 100% money back! When I was searching for nurseries and looking for some good references, I could not find any on Unilocal(Edmonton). So I had to do lot of personal visits and go with personal experience. Hope my reviews here helps someone like me. An interesting thing I found out that most real nurseries/green houses here in Edm get their supply from 2 to 3 suppliers. One of them is from BC — . However this place seems to cost a bit more. They do have a lot of inventory. When buying trees, you do not want to buy tiny pots, as it may take forever to see some growth. Life is too short for that :). So look for moderate sized ones. If you are looking for trees like Swedish Elm(then you can definitely go for medium pots — 7 to 10 gallon) as they grow 3 to 4 ft a year. Also buying from local hw nurseries should do. When I was searching for nurseries and looking for some good references, I could not find any on Unilocal(Edmonton). So I had to do lot of personal visits and go with personal experience. Hope my reviews here helps someone like me and provides some good idea. Few other nurseries to check in you are in for shopping. Salisbury — they give 2 year warranty and will add 1 more year if you purchase some root booster stuff from them Dunvegan — see my review on this. Greenland — don’t have personal experience here.
